Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Reveals the Exclusive Z-Move for Its Creepiest Pokemon

Snuggle Your Foes Eternally in Pokemon Ultra Sequels

Mimikyu was described in the Pokemon Sunโ€™s Pokedex as โ€œIts actual appearance is unknown. A scholar who saw what was under its rag was overwhelmed by terror and died from the shock.โ€ This Pikachu cosplayer wears a cloth over its true shadowy self. In Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, we get a little peek at its true form in its Z-Move.

Playing up the creepiness, Mimikyuโ€™s โ€œLetโ€™s Snuggle Forever!โ€ has the Pokemon drape its cloth over its poor opponent for โ€œtough loveโ€. In the trailer below, we see what looks like Pennywiseโ€™s deadlights under its cloth too! In the showโ€™s anime, Jessieโ€™s Mimikyu is shown to intensely hate Pikachu and even joins Team Rocket to attack Ashโ€™s PIkachu.

In the vanilla Pokemon Sun and Moon, Mimikyuโ€™s Play Rough could be powered up into the Z-Move Twinkle Tackle if the creature was holding a piece of Fairium Z. While this Z-Move was strong, The Pokemon Company, describes Mimikyuโ€™s new Z-Move here as more powerful and โ€œoutshines even Twinkle Tackle.โ€

Get your eternal snuggle on with Mimikyu when Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon launches worldwide for 3DS on November 17.
