Beautiful Time-Bending Puzzle Adventure The Gardens Between Coming in Late 2018
Hot damn, The Gardens Between looks pretty. You’ve got two good friends exploring a beautiful world using a unique time-bending mechanic. The reveal trailer showcases some fantastic locations, some of which are decorated with giant versions of game consoles, for some reason. Which is fine by me, honestly. There’s nothing quite like traversing a magical land that’s also tastefully decorated with what appears to be a Famicom console.
No word on exactly how the two characters will interact or what their respective roles are, but expect some complementary abilities tied directly to the world you’re exploring. The whole thing has sort of a Brothers vibe which is just perfect. Maybe we’ll be able to swap between the two characters throughout the game? There’s no concrete release date yet, but so far we’re set for a release sometime later in 2018.
