Just a few days ago Blizzard released a new update where they added the Junkertown map to Overwatch and made some big changes to two of the heroes. Now, it looks like they want to open it up for everyone to be able to play around with the re-works for both Mercy and D’va. Not only is this a free to play weekend, but the best part is that is available on all platforms. That’s right, Overwatch is free for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC all weekend long!

This free weekend began earlier today, at 11 AM PST/ 2 PM EST and will end at 11:59 PST/ 2:59 EST on Monday, September 25th. If you’re wondering what you’ll be able to play this weekend, it’s everything from Quick Play and Arcade, to Custom Games, however if you’re looking to play competitively, it’s not available in this free to play weekend. Just a reminder that players will need to have an Xbox Gold or PlayStation Plus membership in order to jump into this free weekend. All loot boxes and achievements unlocked during this weekend do carry over to the full game if you decide to pick it up. What’s even better, is that if you are an Xbox player, Overwatch is also available in this weeks Deals with Gold at 35% off.
