EU Players Can Take a Swing at Golf Story on September 28th
Sidebar Game’s mashup of golf and RPG mechanics, Golf Story, has had a tentative September release date for awhile until today. The European Switch eShop now shows Golf Story’s release date as this Thursday, September 28th, alongside the rest of the week’s eShop update. The hybrid title costs £13.49/€15.00 and it takes up 893 MB.
With eight environments to explore and plenty of schmoozing outside of the courses, the Switch title looks promising. It’s the RPG aspects of the GBC Mario Golf title taken to the next level.
While nothing’s official, it’s very likely we’ll see Golf Story release on the US eShop this Thursday too, but if it doesn’t, it’s not to hard to open a European Nintendo account to grab it early.
