E3 2017 Officially Sold out of Public Passes – Expect Some Crowding

Expect a Lot More Than Just Big Games and Big Names at E3 2017

So back in February, the Entertainment Software Association went ahead and made E3 available to the public. This meant anyone could gain access for the price of a ticket. That price was $250 ($150 for early birds). And as of today, those tickets are officially sold out.

Since the ESA announced there would be 15,000 tickets available, we now have a rough estimate of how crowded the Electronics Entertainment Expo will be. Aside from access to the show floor, fan passes also let attendees take part in the E3 Coliseum panels. From there, you can expect an up-close experience with industry professionals. Other events aside from that remain unspecified.

Depending on how eager you are to attend this year’s E3, however, know that the ESA is still offering business passes. These include catering for breakfast and lunch, as well as some other perks we presume to be worth $995. Because that’s the price of a pass.

Again, this marks the first E3 available to the public via ticketing service. Therefore, it will be a bit of an experiment come showtime. Witness E3 2017 from June 12-15. It’s going to be a very large turn-out this year, so good luck to those attending.
