Play Halo 5 & Get An Emblem
Things have been quiet on the Halo front lately. That all changed; however, when Halo developer 343 Industries said they were giving away a “Thanks Given” turkey emblem to celebrate Thanksgiving. All you have to do is play Halo 5: Guardians this weekend to get it.
This promotion follows one from last week when Microsoft gave away Halo 5 DLC to celebrate Halo’s 15th anniversary. Halo: Combat Evolved came out on November 15, 2001 alongside the original Xbox.
343 tweeted this:
Play Halo 5 this weekend to get the elusive Thanks Given turkey emblem. Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours, from us at 343! pic.twitter.com/2PtCSXjUUR

In other Halo news, 343 continues to support the lattest Halo game. The game’s next free expansion will include new Warzone maps and other items.
Back in July, our man Ahmed said “Halo 5: Guardians’ multiplayer suite is far and away the most complete and sound matchmaking experience on any platform today, and maybe ever. After the deserved backlash from Halo 4, developer 343 Industries took the franchise back to its arena and competitive roots, delivering the best combination of gameplay mechanics and arena settings this side of Halo 2. And with last week’s Warzone Firefight update, that comes packed with new maps and modes, Halo 5: Guardians has entered into the pantheon of legendary multiplayer experiences and must now be in serious contention to be crowned the greatest of all.”
