Asuka’s In the House: WWE 2K17 Makes Final Roster Reveal

Japanese fan-favorite Asuka a highlight of WWE 2K17’s final roster reveal

It’s Asuka Bitches! In the final installment of the WWE 2K17  Suplex City Census, 25 WWE Superstar residents of the Industrial District – the last of the five neighbourhoods in Suplex City – have been announced for inclusion in the forthcoming franchise’s worldwide release on October 11th, 2016. This last installment brings the following Superstars to WWE 2K17’s roster: New Japanese sensation Asuka, Bayley, Big Boss Man, Buddy Murphy, Cactus Jack, Dean Ambrose, Diesel, Dude Love, Dusty Rhodes, Jack Swagger, John Cena, Kane, Kevin Nash, Kevin Owens, Lex Luger, Luke Harper, Mankind, Road Dogg, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Undertaker, Vader and Wesley Blake.

In the accompanying video, Asuka’s WWE 2K17 entrance is shown off, and Yuke’s and Visual Concepts have totally nailed the sass and flair that the new female Japanese star brings to the sport. Let’s hope that her high-flying and athletic set of moves have also been done justice in the actual game. Only time will tell.

So, to recap, the WWE 2K17 complete roster will have 138 playable characters. In case you haven’t been on top of it up till this point, here is a summary (with thanks to Forbes):
