New Watch Dogs 2 info from E3 2016, with gameplay video, movie reveal and player goodies
Watch Dogs 2 got shown off at Ubisoft’s E3 2016 Press Conference Monday, and we got to see some new gameplay footage via a newly-released video from the developer.
The video showed us the first-ever Watch Dogs 2 gameplay walkthrough, in which Marcus and his Dedsec allies infiltrate the home of a social media mogul. In this mission, Dedsec is looking to expose the CEO of popular social media platform, !NViTE, who is using the citizens’ personal data to engineer a corrupt voting process.
After the video, it was revealed that a Watch Dogs 2 movie is in the works. No word on actors or other details yet. Then, it was announced that PS4 players of the game will get access to DLC a full 30 days before everyone else. Lastly, a Collector’s Edition of the game will feature a limited-edition action figure – to order it, visit the Ubisoft Store here.
