Well, that didn’t take long. A Reddit user, nikulasu, has apparently posted on the /r/thedivision sub-reddit that he or she just hit the maximum level in Tom Clancy’s The Division after just fifteen hours of playtime, and is apparently the first player to hit level 30 in the game. The crazy thing is, The Division just released today, so nikulasu achieved this without the usual process of online help.
To his credit, nikulasu did not give any game spoilers in his posting, but he did give some feedback as to what generally players can do to be successful. According to nikulasu, you will want to play with a friend, as leveling up is a lot easier that way up to level 24 at least.
As for his opinion on The Division as a gaming experience, he seems to be very impressed. “Everything from the leveling to the different areas, scenery, combat…[has] been so incredibly fun,” he said. And judging by his fast rate of play, that positive impression is without the side-missions or exploration that apparently there is plenty of in The Division.
