One really cool thing about Fallout 4 that is new is that Dogmeat can actually carry stuff. But, as you have probably thought to yourself, that is a bit odd, since he is not actually wearing anything that would enable him to hold items. Until now, that is.
That’s right, a helpful modder has stepped in to address this glaring logical conundrum by creating a Fallout 4 mod giving Dogmeat a backpack. It’s called “Dogmeat’s Backpack” (naturally) and it’s by player “Higeyoshi.” Check out this video that explains the details:
Higeyosi’s Dogmeat’s Backpack allows you to give your favorite canine companion one of three backpacks that add carrying capacity – and look pretty damn cute in the process. Now, if they could only make a mod that adds a gun turret to the backpack … come on, Internet, make it happen!
