Behold The Alien: Covenant PS4 Controller in All Its Glory
Last week we reported on an incredible Alien: Covenant PS4 controller. Today we bring you a trailer with the beautiful beast at every relevant angle.
Above, we see the controller as it was before. Loaded with detail, yes, but still missing that special something. The new trailer fills in all the gaps while building a proper amount of hype for such a horrifying luxury item. It glows! By God, does it ever glow! The eerie green is a perfect match for the Xenomorph’s acid blood, bringing to mind the sinister ambiance of the films. Every aspect of the controller is accounted for. The buttons, the grip and the casing are all perfectly Alien. The details in the centerpiece are brought to life with the right colouring and shading. Truly, this beast is a collector’s item worthy of a place in any superfan’s home.
Of course, she still comes with the promise of that elite price tag. The official price hasn’t been set, but the trailer concludes with a date: May 18th. Will the controller be released at this time? Will we merely know the price? Either way, fans won’t have long to wait before new details emerge about this work of (possibly functioning) art. Perhaps the representative was merely speculating with the $1650 figure they threw out there. Maybe it’ll even be higher! Fingers crossed that this costs less than a brand new PC when it’s finally released.
