Mass Effect Andromeda: Customizable HUD, and PC Specs Coming Soon

Lead Designer for Mass Effect Andromeda Answers More Questions

We are just a month away from the release of BioWare’s next Mass Effect. Every weeks brings more news to paint a clear picture of what players can expect. Last week it was an intuitive trailer showcasing combat. This was before Lead Designer Ian S. Frazier stated that hardest difficulty settings are playable from the start. Today he’s come with the latest update for PC players on twitter.

Yep, apparently all PC players will have their peace of mind within two weeks. Fortunate, since we haven’t really had much news on the PC version. But while on the scene, Frazier decided to answer more fan questions. First, he confirmed the ability to carry both SMGs and pistols into combat. Then he confirmed that pistols come both fully automatic and as hand cannons.

Lastly, Frazier added that Mass Effect Andromeda’s HUD is customizable to an extent. Simply toggle certain features on and off, while some disappear after a brief interim. We’ll certainly learn more on the star ways to release.

Mass Effect Andromeda releases on March 21 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. To go back and refresh yourself on the elaborate combat trailer showcasing weapons and skills, you can click here. And stick around COGconnected for more news as it comes. Happy gaming.
