Its light-hearted, challenging, beautiful, and has something for everyone. Want to know more? Check out our full video review of the game below.
Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair sees the return of the colorful pair as they step away from 3D platforming and into the nostalgic world of 2D side-scrolling fun. Capital B has created a mind control device to take over all the bees and its up to Yooka and Laylee to stop him again. Each stage you complete sets one of the Beetallion free who will serve as a protective shield for you while you journey deep into the depths of the impossible lair, a dungeon so immeasurably devious that Capital B has left the front door unlocked! Players will be able to challenge the impossible lair as often as they want right from the start of the game, but its best to have a hearty supply of bee-friends to help you out. The game is beautiful and features an incredible soundtrack that will keep you smiling the entire time you play. It’s full of nostalgia with plenty of modern amenities to keep gamers of all ages happy.
Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch. For more information check out the game’s official website.
