The Quests for the Arabian Horse and the Legendary White Cougar in Red Dead Redemption 2
Red Dead Redemption 2 is brimming with side quests that lose you in them and things to do for hours on end. By the time you’ve sunk a few (or more than a few…) hours into the game you feel like you’re just as much of a cowboy as Arthur…and what do cowboys do but hunt down elusive game? Or, if you’ve ever seen the animated movie Spirit, break horses? We’ve got a little of both down in the videos below. First up, the elusive Arabian Horse is caught and broken by our good friend Arthur, and you can see that horse’s behind in glorious high-res beauty as the horse is finally tamed. slowly and satisfyingly tamed.
If you’re looking for a little more violent action, we’ve got the hunt for the legendary white cougar in this video below, complete with skinning the poor thing at the end (…spoilers?). Venture down with Arthur into that dark cougar hole and wait for that heart-stopping moment when you first glimpse those dangerous cougar teeth. There’s a gorgeous map and a rare pelt waiting at the end, after all.
Red Dead Redemption 2 may have been out for a week or two, but that doesn’t mean even day one buyers have played it out. With endless quests, horses to break, and animals to hunt (and that’s only one tiny fraction of the game, of course) we can expect the replay value of this title to last a good, long country time.
