NHL 19 is a step up in the world of virtual hockey, even if sometimes it feels like EA can’t be bothered to pull out the big bills for its developers. With smoother controls and improved shaking mechanics, NHL 19 offers a more authentic hockey experience. That, and the play feels more realistic too, with players flung around the rink as they collide with each other in spectacular fashion. And as I’m sure you saw above, that means there’s way more for you, the player, to do, with more game modes and an insane amount of customization options—over 900 (but not 9000)! Not too shabby, is it?
