Game of the Year Awards 2019: The Winners in Every Single Category
Though both the Golden Joystick Awards and The Game Awards have named their top video games of the year, from best music, to best narrative, and Game of the Year, we here at COGconnected have yet to get the final word in on the real winners of the year…until now of course. 2019 is coming to a close and as we look back on the last 12 months it’s hard to deny there were some really good games that left their mark on the industry. These include games like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Death Stranding, Control, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and so many more. Likewise, there were some real tire fires as well. Without naming them, we’re sure a few have already popped into your mind.
Now over the last week or so we’ve been counting down to our very own Game of the Year Awards, with videos for each of our categories. These categories are: Best Looking Game, Best Art Design, Sexiest Hero, Best Music, Best Narrative, Best Sidekick, Best Performance, Best Character, Best Surprise, Best Multiplayer, Most Disappointing, and Get Fucked, Game.
