Borderlands 3 Video Review
Borderlands 2 released in September of 2012, which means it’s been 7 long years and finally we have a brand new Borderlands game to dive into. So after all this time is Borderlands 3 even any good or has too much time passed to really get hyped about it? The answer…there’s never a time not to get excited about the Borderland franchise. From the over-the-top cast of characters and explosive gameplay, Borderlands 3 is about as great as you might remember it to be. You can check out all our thoughts about the game below.
Borderlands 3 is the ultimate looter shooter that pits you against the very real threat of The Calypso Twins and their cult followers The Children of the Vault. As one of 4 aptly named Vault Hunters, it’s your job to take this ruthless and ever-spreading group down before it takes over the Borderlands. From the very beginning, you’ll get to choose the character that best suits your play style, each one offering up a unique skill tree to help outsmart the enemy. What’s even better is the massive selection of guns at your finger tips to help you kick enemy ass. And we’re not exaggerating, there are a ton of sweet new guns to experiment and explode crap with. Whether you’re looking for a frantic single player experience or you’re looking for some sweet co-op action, both options are a ton of fun. Oh, and if you were worried the game wouldn’t stay true to its roots after all this time away, you shouldn’t fret because it’s still the same Borderlands you fell in love with, just bigger, bolder, and so much prettier.
