The Forest – $9.99
Fans of survival games can rejoice in this price drop for The Forest, an open-world survival horror game where you build and explore in first person. You can play alone or with up to 8 people in online co-op, and we at COGconnected called it “a perfect blend of tough and terrifying” in our full review of the game. It’s received enough praise to be the perfect survival game to jump into for strangers to the genre, or for survival buffs looking for a new challenge.
Fe – $3.99
For less than $5, you can currently grab Fe, an enchanting and ethereal 3D puzzle platformer where you play as a fox-like creature in a magical forest. We loved it so much we gave it a 91/100, and could not rave enough about its outstanding musical score, beautiful atmosphere, and simple yet addicting gameplay.
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor – $9.99
If you’re a Lord of the Rings fan who missed the Middle-earth games by Monolith productions, this deal should be an absolute no-brainer. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor had me captivated for months when it came out, and its incredible map design and fresh delivery of Tolkien’s lore is an achievement, to say the least. The combat is challenging yet gratifying, and there is so much to explore in this game both story-wise and other. If you’re looking for a price drop on the sequel, which was equally as phenomenal as the first game, you can also get Middle-earth: Shadow of War for $14.99.
