10 Most Anticipated and Rumored Games That Desperately Need More Info

10 Games That Need More Info

With the recent reveal of Borderlands 3, fans were finally given a glimpse of a game long thought and later expected to be in development. In some cases, developers are simply not ready to reveal their games, and in others, they are content to give players just a brief glimpse with a title card or short teaser. In this feature, we take a look at 10 games that are either rumored or confirmed to be in development, but with very little otherwise revealed.

Animal Crossing Switch

Revealed during Isabelle’s announcement as a playable character in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, not much else is known about Animal Crossing for the Switch. It can be assumed that Tom Nook is to play a role given his part in the announcement and that the game was set to release in 2019. With the Switch’s portability factor, we think that the Nintendo Switch is the perfect setting for an Animal Crossing game, and we can’t wait to see what the latest title brings us.

Bloodborne 2

FromSoftware always seems to have a couple of games in development at a time, at least in recent memory. Between March of 2014 and March of 2016, FromSoftware released Dark Souls II (and all its DLC), Bloodborne, and Dark Souls III. With its latest release of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, we are not exactly sure what is next for the developer. With Bloodborne’s massive success on the PS4, we can assume that a sequel of sorts could be next, or so we hope.

Horizon Zero Dawn Sequel

A game many considered to be Game of the Year in 2017, Horizon Zero Dawn, has left developer Guerilla Games pretty quiet since The Frozen Wilds expansion later that year. Having been roughly two years since the release of Horizon Zero Dawn, we can probably look to expect the news of Guerilla Games’ next title relatively soon, and we would love to see what comes next for the series.
