Welcome to March of the Kingdom
If you enjoy roguelites but want something that puts the focus on building the perfect team, March of the Kingdom might be worth checking out. The party-based auto-battler roguelite from SirTotti has released a demo, giving players a chance to assemble their own squad and throw them into battles across a stylish 2.5D pixel-art world.
Each run begins with you choosing three heroes from a roster of distinct classes. Every character comes with their own stats, scaling, and starting abilities, while weapons, artifacts, and relics let you customize your team before setting out across a branching map featuring 15 regions.

The battles largely play themselves, with heroes automatically moving, choosing targets, and activating their equipment. However, you still have plenty of ways to influence the action. You can pause a fight, examine the battlefield, direct a hero toward a specific enemy, or use consumables to heal or temporarily boost your team.
Equipment sits at the heart of March of the Kingdom. Heroes can use melee, ranged, and magic weapons that scale with their strengths, while different rarities can improve stats and unlock additional bonuses. Artifacts can also provide powerful effects and abilities that can completely change how a battle plays out.
Adding even more personality is the game’s unique visual style, combining hand-crafted pixel sprites with a tilted 3D world filled with distinct environments and decorations.
With so many possible builds and combinations, every run has the potential to play out differently. The demo could be a fun way to see whether March of the Kingdom has what it takes to stand out in the crowded roguelite scene.
