Try Gravity Circuit 2 Right Now
Gravity Circuit 2 is gearing up for another round of fast-paced action, and players can jump in early with a new demo available now on Steam. Developer Domesticated Ant Games and publisher Dear Villagers revealed the demo during the Galaxies Autumn Showcase, giving players around 30 minutes of gameplay across two stages.
Set years after the original game, Gravity Circuit 2 returns to a rebuilt Kernel City, where a new Ark faces an invasion from the Hunter Army. This time, players can switch between returning hero Kai and newcomer Cable, each bringing a different fighting style to the battlefield.
Kai sticks to what he does best with his close-range combat, while Cable mixes things up with ranged attacks, projectiles, and multiple jumps that can damage enemies. He can even turn defeated foes into scrap and use it as ammunition, adding another layer to the game’s combat.
There’s more to the sequel than simply punching through waves of enemies. Players can customize their abilities with Booster Chips and Burst Techniques, while Circuit Shards earned from defeated bosses unlock entirely new abilities. Expect plenty of platforming challenges, dangerous enemies, and secrets to uncover across Kernel City’s 2D levels.
The soundtrack also gets a familiar touch, with Dominic Ninmark returning after scoring the original game.
Gravity Circuit 2 is scheduled to launch in Spring 2027 on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch.
With a new playable character and more ways to approach combat, the sequel looks set to build on the original’s strengths. The demo is available now, so fans won’t have to wait until 2027 to get their first taste of the action.
