City Bus Manager Gets Massive Console Upgrade With Four New DLCs Next Week

New Buses Are Driving Onto City Bus Manager

City Bus Manager is getting a major boost on consoles this month, as developer PeDePe and publisher Aerosoft prepare to roll out four large DLC expansions on May 28, 2026. Arriving simultaneously on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the new content significantly expands the scope of the popular transport management sim.

Following its successful console launch, the game is set to grow with fresh systems, vehicles, and specialized transport options. These additions aim to deepen the management experience, giving players more control over how they build and run their bus companies.

The four DLC packs each introduce a distinct focus. The E-Bus & Green Energy expansion brings eco-friendly operations into play, allowing players to manage electric fleets, charging stations, and energy usage. Meanwhile, Holiday Resorts & Sightseeing Buses shifts attention to tourism, adding leisure routes and services tailored to travelers. The International Bus Pack enhances variety with a diverse lineup of globally inspired vehicles. Rounding things out, School Bus & Student Transportation introduces structured routes and safety-focused logistics centered on student travel.

Since its original PC release, City Bus Manager has attracted a large global audience, thanks in part to its integration of OpenStreetMap data. This feature allows players to build transport networks in real-world locations, from major cities to small hometowns, adding a personal touch to every playthrough.

With these four expansions, console players now have more ways than ever to shape their transport empires. More importantly, this DLC rollout marks a substantial step forward for the game, adding both scale and depth to an already detailed simulation experience.
