Beat the Beats Arrives on SteamVR and Meta Quest With High-Speed Musical Action

Enter the Ring in Beat the Beats

The VR rhythm boxing game Beat the Beats has officially launched across multiple platforms, bringing its energetic blend of music and motion to players on SteamVR, Meta Quest, and Pico 4. Developed by Parallel Circles, the studio behind Flat Heroes, the game arrives alongside a recent PlayStation VR2 update that introduced 15 additional tracks and two fresh gameplay modes.

Beat the Beats combines rhythm-based gameplay with realistic boxing mechanics. Players punch, jab, roll, and dodge in sync with the music, progressing through more than 90 arcade-style levels set across 45 electronic tracks. The experience leans heavily into immersion, encouraging players to stay active while keeping up with fast-paced beats.

The game also offers a variety of progression systems and challenges. Players can unlock new music genres, tackle daily objectives, and climb global leaderboards. For those seeking a tougher experience, each track includes a B-Side variant designed to push timing and endurance to the limit. Meanwhile, the newly added Hit Impact and Hit Speed modes provide additional ways to test precision and agility.

Beyond gameplay, Beat the Beats doubles as a fitness-focused experience, turning intense boxing routines into something that feels closer to a music-driven workout than a traditional game. A free demo is also available across supported platforms for players who want to try it out before committing.

In terms of pricing, the game launches at $12.99 on Quest and Pico with 30 base tracks, while SteamVR and PlayStation VR2 versions include all DLC packs bundled at $19.99.
