Deadzone: Rogue Set for Full PC Release Next Week, Console Demo Now Available

Deadzone: Rogue Will Also Support Cross-Play

Prophecy Games has confirmed that its acclaimed roguelite FPS, Deadzone: Rogue, will officially leave Early Access for PC on Monday, August 11. Alongside this announcement, the studio has rolled out a playable demo for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, giving console players their first hands-on experience with the fast-paced PVE shooter. The demo features Zone 1, allowing players to sample the game’s intense atmosphere and cooperative action.

The upcoming full release will launch with cross-play support, enabling seamless multiplayer sessions between PS5, Xbox Series, and PC. This feature is central to Deadzone: Rogue’s design, which focuses on three player co op missions set aboard a vast, abandoned space station overrun with hostile machines. Teams must work together to fend off relentless waves of enemies while uncovering the secrets of the ISSX.

“After a strong PC Early Access run with over 300,000 players diving into Deadzone: Rogue, we’re thrilled to bring the chaos to Xbox and PlayStation,” says Prophecy Games. “Expanding to console means even more players can squad up, explore the mysteries of the ISSX, and survive the horrors together – wherever they play”.

PC players have been exploring Deadzone: Rogue since its Early Access debut on Steam, where it has steadily grown with new zones, enemies, and weapons. The console demo offers a streamlined introduction, while the full version promises the complete roguelite progression, upgraded arsenal, and expanded enemy roster.

The Deadzone: Rogue demo is available now for free on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. The Early Access version remains live on Steam until launch day, when the full PC release will go live alongside cross-platform co-op for all supported platforms.
