Join the Elite Squad in Star Wars Zero Company
Star Wars is about to welcome a new single-player turn-based tactics game, Star Wars Zero Company. It will be coming out on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. While there hasn’t been an official announcement for a Nintendo release yet, the upcoming Switch 2 might just change that.
Developed by Bit Reactor, an independent studio with a team made up of former XCOM and Civilization developers, in collaboration with EA’s Respawn Entertainment (the team behind Star Wars Jedi and Apex Legends), this game is already shaping up to be an exciting addition. The first official details will be revealed later this week at the Star Wars Celebration in Japan.
EA has offered an exclusive glimpse at some artwork, showcasing a few members of the elite squad you’ll be commanding. With the combined experience of Bit Reactor’s tactical expertise and Respawn’s action-driven design, you’re likely in for an immersive and strategic adventure.
If Star Wars Zero Company delivers the same level of quality as the XCOM series or Star Wars Jedi, it could be a game to remember. This also adds to the growing number of Star Wars titles released during the Switch generation. With Star Wars Outlaws already confirmed for the Switch 2, the future of Star Wars gaming looks brighter than ever.
