Rogue Pinatas Causes Mayhem In VR With Reveal

These Pinatas are Going Rogue 

Welcome to the party-apocalypse. It’s going to get a little wild, so it might be best to bring along some friends and bash some pinatas together. Today, Nerd Ninjas is happy to reveal its first original IP, Rogue Pinatas: VRmageddon. This indie VR roguelite is debuting at Steam’s Next Fest but is arriving this week with a playable demo. Combining roguelite action with VR gameplay, the game will feature diverse playstyles with distinctive level design and gameplay loops. Of course, a press release provides more details on the game itself. At the same time, a reveal trailer gives players a glimpse of all of the action. 

Rogue Pinatas: VRmageddon introduces players to a world where a birthday party gone wrong unleashes the apocalypse. Now, players will need to band together, choose their character, pursue weapon upgrades, level up, and fight these dastardly pinatas. Importantly, the game boasts 4-player co-op with a shared XP system. This means that players get rewarded for teaming up with friends. Additionally, the game introduces players to a variety of stages, each with their own unique pinatas to face-off against. Interestingly, each pinata will have tis own unique temperament as well as abilities that players will need to learn to play around.
