Arcade Archives WAR OF AERO Has Started Shooting Down Enemies
Get ready for some nostalgic aircraft action! Hamster Corporation is delighted to announce that Arcade Archives WAR of AERO is launching today on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. It is the latest addition to their Arcade Archives series, which faithfully reproduces many classic masterpieces.
WAR OF AERO is a 2D vertical scrolling futuristic shoot ’em up game released by ALLUMER in 1992. The game supports up to two players, each operating an aircraft to fight against hordes of enemies in aerial action.
The players can fit pods on either side of their aircraft, which can turn around to shoot up and down. The most exciting part is that, when both the players stack on top of each other, they can merge and create a powerful attack.
As usual, the game will be available digitally on the PS Store and Nintendo eShop for $7.99. And just like any other game in the series, it uses the Japanese ROM for the main part. The options menu and manual are available in Japanese, English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
