Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Will Launch In November
Publisher Focus Entertainment recently released Aliens: Dark Descent, Warhammer: Boltgun and Atomic Heart. The company along with Don’t Nod are working on Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. They have announced that the game will release on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 as well as PC via Steam on November 7th, 2023. It is described as a ghost-hunting action RPG.
Furthermore, interested fans can pre-order the game’s Standard Edition today on Steam. Additionally, the Collector’s Edition is also available for pre-order on the Focus Store and comes with a separate statuette of Red and Antea, the game’s artbook, a Steelbook and two banisher signet rings. Moreover, fans that pre-order the Collector’s Edition will receive a copy of the game with the Wanderer Set in-game downloadable content.
In the game, players will enjoy a narrative adventure as Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith, who are ghost-hunters that vowed to protect the living from the threat of lingering ghosts and specters. Players must search for a way to liberate Antea from her plight, after she becomes a spirit that she loathes. Therefore, players must be prepared to make tough and difficult decisions along the way as they decide the fate of persons in New Eden.
Also, beyond the story, the game offers an ominous soundtrack, eerie environment and fast-paced gameplay as players banish ghosts and fight for Antea’s freedom. How much will are you willing to sacrifice for Antea?
