Fortnite’s Twitch Star Ninja Is Hosting a New Years Eve Event
Fortnite Twitch streaming star Tyler “Ninja” Blevins is set to air a New Years Eve live stream from New York’s Time Square from 7 PM to 7 AM ET the next day. It will air on Ninja’s personal Twitch channel and show him playing Fortnite with some notable guests. The event was announced at TwitchCon, which is Twitch’s annual community convention.
“When I started in gaming, I never thought that something like this would be possible. NYE has always been fun for gamers because it’s a night where you have a widely accepted excuse to stay up and game, but there’s never been an event in the mainstream that’s actually built around that tradition,” Blevins said. “This is just my ultimate NYE Fortnite LAN party with some of my best friends and a few surprises that I hope we as a community can have a lot of fun with.”
