Hitman: Absolution Is Getting a Physical Release on Nintendo Switch 2

Pre-Order for Hitman: Absolution Starts on 30th October

Agent 47 is preparing to bring his deadly skills to Nintendo’s latest console. Limited Run Games has announced a physical edition of Hitman: Absolution for Nintendo Switch 2, with pre-orders set to open on October 30.

Developed by Feral Interactive, the upcoming release will arrive on a physical Game Card and introduce several improvements over the original Nintendo Switch version. Players can expect higher resolution, a higher frame rate, and Joy-Con 2 mouse support, giving them more ways to experience the stealth-action adventure.

Hitman: Absolution

Hitman: Absolution follows Agent 47 after the Agency he once served betrays him. With the police hunting him and a dangerous conspiracy unfolding around him, 47 must navigate a world filled with corruption, deception, and unexpected twists. His mission soon becomes deeply personal as he confronts former allies while trying to uncover the truth.

The game blends cinematic storytelling with stealth-based gameplay, allowing players to approach targets in different ways. Whether sneaking past enemies or carefully planning the perfect assassination, players must use their surroundings and skills to stay one step ahead.

This physical release will also include Contracts Mode, which lets players create their own missions and share them online. Other players can then attempt these challenges, compete for higher scores, and climb the leaderboards.

With improved performance, additional control options, and a physical release for collectors, Hitman: Absolution is getting another opportunity to reach Nintendo fans.

For players who enjoy planning every move and taking down targets without leaving a trace, Agent 47’s arrival on Switch 2 could be worth watching. Pre-orders begin October 30, so fans won’t have to wait much longer to secure their copy.
