Puppergeist Arrives on PC and Consoles With a Charming Rhythm-Filled Journey

Step Inside the Magical World of Puppergeist

Looking for a game that mixes adorable dogs, catchy rhythms, and a surprisingly emotional adventure? Puppergeist might be worth checking out. Serenity Forge has officially released its quirky rhythmic visual novel on Nintendo Switch, Xbox, Steam, and the Epic Games Store for $4.99.

The game follows Claire, a young witch who finds herself venturing into the mysterious Doggie Underworld after her beloved Pup goes missing. Thankfully, she doesn’t have to make the journey alone. Claire soon meets Lunne, a demon who becomes her unexpected companion as she searches for her missing friend.

Along the way, she encounters a colorful group of doggie spirits, each with their own stories involving friendship, love, and loss. Helping these spirits isn’t just about hearing their stories, either. Players will take part in rhythm-based mini-games inspired by the popular Rhythm Heaven series. And to make it more interesting, each spirit brings a unique challenge to overcome. As Claire helps the spirits work through their troubles, she’ll form new friendships and hopefully get one step closer to finding her Pup.

Puppergeist was developed in-house by Serenity Forge, with creative direction and artwork from NomnomNami, the creator of BAD END THEATER. The game’s soundtrack also features guest compositions from Kris Wilson, Kan Gao, and Kawai Sprite.

With its cute art style, rhythm gameplay, and heartfelt story, Puppergeist looks like a small adventure with plenty of personality. And for just $4.99, it’s an easy one to pick up for all the fans of the genre.
