Welcome to Hell Galaxy
Indie developer The Italian Games Factory has officially launched Hell Galaxy in its full Version 1.0, bringing the dark sci-fi adventure to Steam for £22.49 / $24.99 / €25.49. The launch also arrives alongside today’s solar eclipse, giving the game’s ominous setting an appropriately dramatic moment to enter its final form.
Hell Galaxy combines fast-paced space combat with RPG progression, exploration, and a story focused on survival, mystery, and humanity. Players must navigate the dangerous Neterun galaxy while trying to uncover why they are trapped in this hellish place and what remains of their humanity.
Combat plays a major role, with players taking part in intense space dogfights using fully customisable loadouts and different combat stances. However, the threats go beyond enemy ships. Ghostly entities and massive creatures known as Colossi can damage both the player’s ship and their sanity.
After years of development, Version 1.0 finally completes Hell Galaxy’s story. The update adds around five hours of new main quest content, leading players toward the game’s final battles against the Colossi. The update also includes various improvements, fixes, and changes based on community feedback throughout development.
The launch is accompanied by a new gameplay trailer that highlights the game’s brutal battles, eerie environments, and terrifying creatures. And after such a long development journey, Hell Galaxy has finally reached the finish line, giving players the complete experience the team set out to create.
