Golf is getting a chaotic makeover as Golftacular! prepares to bring its brand of mini-golf madness to consoles on August 27, 2026. A new trailer has been released ahead of the launch, giving players a fresh look at the colorful courses, quirky characters, and wild abilities coming to Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo platforms.
Developed as a local multiplayer party game by Both Good, Golftacular! lets up to four players compete across imaginative mini-golf courses where playing fair isn’t exactly the goal. Players can use missiles, teleport their balls, and unleash other game-changing abilities to disrupt their opponents and secure victory.
For those who prefer playing alone, the game also features puzzle challenges and solo tours designed to test players’ understanding of its mechanics and abilities. The pass-and-play mode also makes it easy for a group to share a single controller during local multiplayer sessions.
Golftacular! originally launched on Steam in November 2025 and quickly built a strong following, earning a 94% positive rating from players. The game also appeared as part of the indie showcase at MAGFest 2026.
The latest trailer highlights the game’s energetic presentation and original soundtrack by Baba (@babamadethis), while showcasing some of the abilities and courses players can expect.
