Published by Shovel Sprout Games Inc., the cozy point-and-click life simulator invites players to step into the role of a caretaker on a mysterious island filled with adorable frogs, magical wildlife, and long-forgotten secrets. The story begins with your character waking up on a deserted island, where a mysterious woman asks you to look after her frogs before suddenly disappearing the next day. Armed with only a handwritten note and a handful of old tools, you’ll have to decide whether to escape the island or embrace your new life as its caretaker while uncovering the truth behind your forgotten past.
Inspired by classic creature-collecting experiences like Neko Atsume, Frog Island offers a relaxing blend of exploration, decorating, and animal companionship. Players can discover and collect more than 60 unique frogs, along with over 60 species of bugs, fish, and other critters scattered across the island’s diverse environments.
Beyond collecting creatures, the game lets you farm, fish, forage, cook, and customize your island with over 250 decorations and toys. You can also dress your frogs with unlockable accessories, interact with them through songs and conversations, and capture memorable moments using an in-game camera and photo album.
