New Features Awaits in NTE: Neverness to Everness
Perfect World Games and Hotta Studio have finally launched the Version 1.1 update for NTE: Neverness to Everness, called “Dreamwalk Corridor”. This update brings a solid mix of story progression, fresh content, and high-profile collaborations for players to dive into.
The update continues the game’s main narrative with a darker tone. Players return to Eibon, where things feel noticeably off. Nanally, still troubled by the disappearance and injury of her master Daffodill, follows advice to clear her mind, but instead ends up caught in a strange situation at the Phenomenon Welfare Private Service. This new chapter begins to unravel the mystery behind Daffodill’s betrayal. Players who complete it will unlock a permanent anomaly zone called the Corridor of Echoes.
Version 1.1 also introduces Lacrimosa, a new S-rank character with a unique presence. Often appearing half-asleep, she remains a powerful ally in combat, capable of creating objects, mimicking enemies, and inflicting the Nightmare status for heavy damage. Her debut is tied to the limited-time “Fading Reverie” board, where players can earn rewards, including cosmetics and her “Gilded Rhapsody” outfit, through cumulative pulls.
Beyond the story and character additions, the update expands the world with Sunward Island, a scenic new area featured in the Sunward Travelogue event. Additional activities like Fons Rush and the six-player Underground Circuit racing mode add more variety.
Collaborations play a major role this time. The Porsche crossover introduces the 918 Spyder and themed rewards, while partnerships with Opera GX and Beard Papa bring exclusive bonuses and real-world tie-ins.
Overall, Version 1.1 feels like a meaningful step forward for NTE, blending narrative depth, gameplay variety, and eye-catching collaborations into a well-rounded update.
