Test Your Friendship in Limbot
Ionized Studios has officially released a new Steam demo for Limbot, expanding on the momentum built during its earlier playtest phase. The updated demo offers players a broader look at the chaotic and creative gameplay ahead of the full launch, which is scheduled for later this July on Steam, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.

Limbot stands out as a co-op 3D platformer with a unique twist. Up to four players take control of a giant cardboard robot, with each person managing a different limb. The result is a mix of teamwork and unpredictable chaos as players attempt to navigate through vibrant environments. From stomping across busy city streets to clumsily traversing jungle platforms, every movement depends on coordination, or the lack of it, often leading to hilarious outcomes.
“Seeing players throw themselves into Limbot and having a blast during the Steam playtest was an absolute joy to watch,” said Aaron, developer at Ionized Studios. “To give players a better slice of what to expect in the full game, the official demo adds even more levels, new enemies, new upgrades and the first rather silly boss fight.”
The demo now includes 20 levels for players to explore, along with new enemies, upgrades, and the game’s first boss encounter. Players can tackle the experience solo or team up with others to fully embrace its cooperative design.
With its playful concept and expanded demo content, Limbot is shaping up to be a fun and chaotic co-op experience ahead of its full release.
