Become a Journalist in Lost Wiki: Kozlovka
The solo indie game developer yattytheman has announced that its debut detective title, Lost Wiki: Kozlovka, will launch on March 20 on PC via Steam. The game will be priced at 4.99 USD and will receive a 10% launch discount during its first seven days. Players who want an early look can already try the currently available demo on Steam.
Lost Wiki: Kozlovka is a single-player detective experience that approaches investigation unusually. Instead of exploring physical environments, players move through a large Wikipedia-style database. Here, they will uncover clues tied to a mysterious small town in Eastern Europe. The game takes place inside a monochrome operating system interface inspired by 1990s computers, creating the feeling of digging through an old digital archive filled with hidden information.
Players step into the role of a journalist assigned to investigate unusual events connected to the town of Kozlovka. The investigation unfolds by reading articles, following links between entries, and gradually unlocking new pages that reveal additional clues. Each discovery expands the network of information, leading to puzzles that require careful observation and deduction.
As the search continues, strange patterns begin to appear within the database. Hidden connections and suspicious details slowly point toward something deeply wrong within the town. By piecing together information from multiple articles, players can gradually expose the truth behind the mystery and report their findings to an anonymous source.
With its unusual investigative structure and retro-inspired presentation, Lost Wiki: Kozlovka promises to offer a different take on detective gameplay. The upcoming release and currently available demo give curious players a chance to explore its mystery-driven design.
