Fight Against the Alien Invasion in Terra Invicta 1.0
Terra Invicta, the ambitious sci-fi grand strategy game from Pavonis Interactive and publisher Hooded Horse, has officially left early access with its full 1.0 release. As the first title Hooded Horse ever signed, the game now launches across Steam, GOG, the Epic Games Store, the Microsoft Store, and PC Game Pass.
The story of the game begins when scientists detect an alien presence at the edge of the Solar System, triggering a deep ideological split across Earth. Humanity fractures into seven rival factions, each driven by a distinct vision for the future. Players lead one of these factions, seize political influence, and take control of nations across the globe. From there, they push beyond Earth, expand throughout the Solar System, exploit vital resources, and construct spacefaring fleets. Detailed tactical battles place player-designed ships into realistic space combat encounters that demand careful planning and adaptation.
Since entering early access in September 2022, Pavonis Interactive has continuously expanded and refined Terra Invicta. The development team redesigned the user interface, improved the technology tree, and introduced a clearer and more structured tutorial. They also reworked space combat, added new ship classes, habitat modules, and space-based content, and introduced exo fighters for Earth nations. Additional updates brought new regions, formable nations, two playable scenarios, including a fast start 2070 option, and steady improvements to AI behavior. Numerous balance tweaks, quality of life updates, and expanded language support further strengthened the experience.
Terra Invicta supports a wide range of languages, including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian, and several European languages. Players can purchase the game for $39.99, £34.99, €39.99, or ¥4,980, or access it through PC Game Pass.
