The Beast Is Yet to Come Has Entered Steam Early Access

Become a Brutal Troll in The Beast Is Yet to Come

The Beast Is Yet To Come has stepped into Steam Early Access, bringing a wild burst of chaos from independent studio Mileo.io. This 3D action roguelike drops you into the towering frame of either a colossal Troll or a fearsome Giantess, unleashing heavy close-quarters combat across landscapes that shift under unruly weather patterns. Every encounter leans into raw impact, letting you carve through waves of enemies with rapid melee attacks and devastating “punch hell” chains.

The Beast Is Yet To Come

The adventure unfolds across five distinct maps built around different biomes. During each run, you gather and refine more than ninety skills, stack powerful upgrades, and adapt to ten enemy types that behave in their own unpredictable ways. Sessions run between fifteen and thirty minutes, creating a rhythm that suits quick bursts of play or longer stretches where builds evolve into something more unhinged.

Controller support is fully in place, and the game pulls from the spirited design energy found in Hades and Vampire Survivors. Instead of choosing the mantle of a traditional savior, you become the force that storms through the battlefield, leaving ruptured terrain and scattered foes in your wake.

The Early Access version already offers a generous spread of content, but the full release plans to stretch the world even further. New biomes and maps are slated to arrive, including Swamp, Volcanic, Desert, and Castle Ruins areas. Extra challenge modes, fresh skills, additional power-ups, and new wearable items will deepen each run.

More enemy varieties, more bosses, and three new playable characters are also in development. Performance, visual enhancements, audio updates, and broader accessibility options will round out the final package, shaping a larger, more varied experience designed to keep each return trip feeling lively and unpredictable.
