Scopely Unveils Magical Monopoly GO X Harry Potter Collab

Time to roll the dice and begin buying property in the global wizarding phenomenon. Choose your house, pick up your wand, and start rolling. Today, Scopely is happy to announce that it is bringing the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to their hit mobile game Monopoly GO. In this limited time collaboration, the game is allowing players to visit iconic locations from the franchise. Importantly, a press release provides more details on the collab. Additionally, a new trailer gives players a glimpse of what they can expect from the merging of Monopoly and Harry Potter. 

The Monopoly GO X Harry Potter collab begins on Platform Nine-and-three-quarters. Quickly, Mr. Monopoly gets sucked through the portal to the world of Hogwarts. Participating in this limited time event allows players to visit iconic locations, see the characters they know and love, and more. Additionally, players can make it through the seasonal pass, to earn house crests to show off to their friends. Furthermore, a new mini game, Blocks Boutiques, allows players to combine strategy and charm to clear rows and rows of blocks ensuring the shelves stay stocked. Also, the new Sticker Album will celebrate 23 sets of beloved Harry Potter icons, spanning magical creatures and artifacts to fan-favorite characters.
