Purge All Aliens in Xenopurge
Xenopurge, an Aliens-inspired tactical autobattler, officially launches today with its full 1.0 release on Steam. Developed by Traptics and published by Firequid, the game arrives at 12.49 Dollars and 12.49 Euros with a week-long 30% launch discount, inviting players into a tense fight for humanity.
Xenopurge has already earned attention in the indie scene. It recently won the Most Innovative Game award at Indie X 2025, and also got a nomination for the upcoming GWB Game Awards. Steam players have been equally supportive, giving it a Very Positive rating during its time in Early Access.
The full release adds a substantial amount of new content. The highlight is the Bioweave Cell squad, a team designed around collecting enemy DNA to unlock bio modifications that evolve. This squad focuses on balancing risk and reward, offering fresh tactical depth. The update also introduces a complete story campaign, expanded difficulty options, and four variants for each squad, giving players sixteen starting loadouts. New commands and weapons round out the package, widening the range of strategic choices.
Xenopurge embraces a distinctive cassette futurist style, drawing inspiration from classic Hollywood portrayals of industrial science fiction. Players assume the role of a remote commander working for M A C E, Mercers Advanced Combat Enterprises, operating from a bank of monochrome screens. Each mission sends elite units into hostile facilities overrun by alien threats. The progress depends on how effectively players direct their squad to search rooms, secure objectives, and eliminate anything that stands in the way.
Every decision shapes the outcome. Gear upgrades, smart positioning, and careful command selection determine whether the squad pushes through or is overwhelmed. You are not physically on the battlefield, yet the responsibility for every life rests squarely on your shoulders.
