THQ Nordic and Tarsier Studios have confirmed the worldwide release date for REANIMAL, the next horror title from the team behind Little Nightmares I and II. The game is set to arrive on Friday, February 13, 2026, marking its launch across Nintendo Switch 2, PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S at the same time.
Beginning today, players on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S can place their pre-orders. Those who secure their copy early will receive the Foxhead and Muttonhead Masks, two cosmetic items that carry a symbolic role within REANIMAL’s twisted world. Masks serve as a layer of comfort in an environment shaped by fear, tension, and entities that thrive in the shadows.
Alongside the start of pre-orders, THQ Nordic and Tarsier Studios have released console demos for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. These early builds offer a first look at the unsettling atmosphere that defines REANIMAL. PC players also gain access to this initial slice of gameplay, allowing them to step into the oppressive setting and explore the visual style, environmental storytelling, and tone that guide the experience.
