SEGA has officially launched the highly anticipated Joker content for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, now available for free. Players can race alongside Sonic and friends with Joker, the charismatic leader of the Phantom Thieves from Persona 5. This content drop introduces Joker as a playable character, complete with his signature vehicle, the Arsène Wing, bringing a fresh dynamic to the game. Fans can also enjoy three new Joker-themed tracks added to the Jukebox: Take Over, Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There, and Victory, alongside unique emotes and sound effects that enhance the experience.
To celebrate Joker’s arrival, SEGA will host the Joker Festival from October 24 to October 27. During this limited-time event, players can earn Festival Points to unlock exclusive rewards, adding a festive twist to the racing action. This special event is expected to bring both new and veteran players together in the excitement of Joker-themed challenges.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds continues to enjoy remarkable success, recently surpassing one million copies sold. Since its launch, players have raced over 74.5 million times, participated in more than 31.5 million Grands Prix, and competed in over 13 million Ranked Matches.
