A Milestone for Legacy of Valor
Filip Husák, the lead developer of Legacy of Valor, has shared an exciting update following the game’s remarkable Kickstarter debut. In just 48 hours, the campaign has reached 36% of its funding goal, marking an impressive milestone for the small and passionate development team behind the project.

According to Husák, the response from the community has been overwhelming. Supporters from around the world have contributed through pledges, comments, and shares, helping to bring the team’s vision to life. While part of the studio has been managing the online campaign, another group has been in Vienna, showcasing the first playable prototype of Legacy of Valor at Game City 2025. Visitors at the event have had the chance to experience the game firsthand, meet Husák in person, and take photos with one of the knights featured in the game.
Husák also outlined what fans can expect in the coming days. The team plans to release an extended, uncut gameplay video from the prototype and share details about upcoming stretch goals designed to expand the game’s scope. Interactive Q&A sessions are also planned across Kickstarter, Steam, Discord, and other platforms to engage directly with supporters.
He added that the team looks forward to meeting more fans at the Poznań Game Arena 2025, taking place from October 24 to 26. Husák expressed his gratitude to everyone who has supported the project so far, describing the campaign’s start as both inspiring and humbling. The journey of Legacy of Valor has only just begun, and the team is more motivated than ever to bring their vision to life.
