A New Adventure for SpongeBob and Patrick
THQ Nordic and developer Purple Lamp have announced that SpongeBob SquarePants: Titans of the Tide is launching on November 18, 2025. This brand new single-player 3D platformer will release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. The standard price of the game is $39.99 / £34.99 / AU$59.95 / ¥5720. In this original story, an argument between the Flying Dutchman and King Neptune plunges Bikini Bottom into ghostly turmoil. To restore order, SpongeBob and Patrick must join forces, using their abilities to stop the supernatural chaos spreading through familiar locations like Neptune’s Palace and Mount Bikini.
Pre-orders are now open, with all players receiving the Natural Costume Pack as a bonus. Three editions are available:
– Standard Edition: Base game
– Digital Deluxe Edition: Base game plus Tidal Season Pass
– Ultimate Edition: Includes everything in the Deluxe Edition, plus Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated, The Cosmic Shake, and its Costume Pack
The Tidal Season Pass, also sold separately, features two challenge-focused DLCs, Plankton’s Portal and Search for SquarePants. This comes along with two cosmetic bundles, the Search for SquarePants Costume Pack and the Double Deluxe Costume Pack.
For dedicated fans, the Ghostly Edition includes the Digital Deluxe Edition along with exclusive collectibles like a steelbook, patch, keychain, and lenticular prints.
