Flower in Us Blooms Onto Steam Today

Unravel The Mystery In Flower In Us

PsychoFlux Entertainment, a South Korean-based indie game publisher, has announced that Flower in Us will arrive on PC via Steam today. It is a narrative puzzle adventure game where players must cooperate with a mysterious woman to escape from a locked basement. Take a look at the official trailer below to get a glimpse of the adventure ahead.

Set in a fictional version of 1980s Korea under authoritarian rule, Flower in Us begins with the player waking up in a locked basement. You have no recollection of how you ended up there. Across the room is a woman tied to a pillar. She claims to be a member of a student resistance group. And insists that you are a police officer who arrested her. According to her, you were the one who put her there.

What follows is a tense two-person drama that unfolds entirely within the confines of the basement. Players must decide whether to trust the woman or at least appear to as they work together to solve puzzles, unlock devices, and uncover the truth behind their entrapment. Dialogue plays a central role, offering subtle clues and emotional insights that reveal more about the characters and their pasts.

As the story develops, the woman’s memories and eventually the player’s begin to surface. Together, they slowly piece their personal histories, revealing how the oppressive political system has shaped both of their lives.

Flower in Us explores themes of trust, identity, and the moral weight of history. With a branching narrative and emotionally charged dialogue, the game offers a gripping and thought-provoking experience in a confined space. Players shape the story through choices, deciding how the relationship evolves and what kind of ending they will face once the door finally opens.
