Battle Train Goes Off The Rails Today On PC and Switch

Battle Train is a Ballistic Roguelike 

Everyone loves a game show, right? Now, what if you take that game show, throw in some intense battles, and put it on a train? Sounds awesome. Luckily for you, you’re now able to participate in just such a thing. Today, Terrible Posture Games, Inc. and Nerd Ninjas LLC are happy to announce that deck-building roguelike, Battle Train, is out now. Released for PC and the Nintendo Switch, the game places players in a crazy game show that combines deckbuilding and roguelike strategy. A press release provides more details on the game. Additionally, a new trailer gives players a glimpse of what they can expect.

Battle Train invites players to the most explosive game show ever. Mixing the resource management and collection aspects of a deck builder with the progression of a roguelike, the game pits players against rivals in train-based combat. Players, play the game on a grid where the objective is to send a train full of explosives to their enemy base. Of course, players will need to build an arsenal of cards to help them win their duels. A victory ensures they will make more currency and acquire more super charged cards to beat their next opponent. Additionally, players will be able to upgrade their train to ensure the best rig they can. Furthermore, customizing the best deck they can is key to winning their match.
