Dreamless is a first-person psychological thriller set in a small, eerie town tucked far away from the rest of the world. Every 25 years, during the week of August 1-7, called “Death Week”, local teenagers vanish without a trace. The authorities have given up, closing cases without answers and advising residents to stay inside with stocked supplies. But no matter the precautions, more people go missing each time, leaving the town trapped in fear and uncertainty.
John, a hardworking high school senior who loves video blogging, finds himself caught in something strange. On August 1, 2017, just a month before his 18th birthday, a new “week of death” began. While the town carries on as if the old curse is long forgotten, John’s friend Will suggests something wild: exploring the abandoned house of a woman who once terrified everyone. Curious and excited, John cannot resist the offer.
