Get Ready for Beyond Galaxyland
Developer and music producer Sam Enright and publisher United Laber are thrilled to announce their upcoming title Beyond Galaxyland. It is a 2.5D adventure RPG that takes huge inspiration from classic sci-fi movies. The game will be launching on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One later in 2024.
The high-schooler Doug finds himself transported to Galaxyland, a surreal collection of planets resembling a cosmic zoo. This happened moments before ‘The End’, an unknown celestial destroyer of worlds obliterated Earth.
As he delves deeper into Galaxyland, doubts arise about its true nature. Teaming up with his gun-toting guinea pig Boom Boom, the witty robot MartyBot, and a motley crew of eccentric allies, Doug embarks on a daring journey across the galaxy. Their mission: to uncover the secrets of this new land and potentially reverse the impending apocalypse threatening his home planet.
The game offers an all-new take on the beloved RPG adventurers of old. Players will get to traverse across diverse planets and skyrocket through teeming jungles, neon-lit cities, and cybernetic casinos. Beyond Galaxyland masterfully blends classic platforming and puzzle solving, with an engaging active turn-based combat system, and epic boss battles.
