An Epic Adventure Awaits in Ario
Prepare yourself for an epic adventure this month! Developer Vata Games and publisher Artax Games are proud to announce the release date for their upcoming title Ario. It will be coming out on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam on 28 March 2024.
Ario is a 2.5D action adventure game with unique tower defense and Metroidvania mechanics. It takes place in a fantasy world plagued by nightmares. The game follows the story of the titular protagonist as he embarks on a personal journey to find his missing mother.
Along the way, he will face Afras, an evil villain who engulfed his village with nightmares. And what started as a personal journey ended up in a grand quest to liberate his village from these evil forces.
Not only that, there are so many challenges and hazards to overcome, demons to defeat, and friends and enemies to meet. The game features stunning scenarios based on ancient Persia, like castles, ruins, and dungeons, mixed with a distinctive steampunk style.
